Very Comfortable Ankle Straps

Do you need a pair of Ankle straps to use on the Cable Machine at your gym? I would suggest that you try these. They are comfortable and a pair that I will use for a lifetime. I love that they are Velcro and not a buckle and they are comfortable.

and they strap on very easy and are very comfortable. I used them last night with 30 lbs weights doing leg kick backs.

Almost There by Bekah DiFelice

This is an awesome book.. I really enjoyed it. She talks about her adversity and struggles being a wife of a Marine and newly married and living Yuma, Arizona to her hip replacement from running to her hubby's deployment and her faith in Christ. It amazes me going through times of struggle and heartache that God can see you through. It's awesome to read what she was going through and some of my own struggles and using the words she wrote to see me through.

Cool Cushion By Chrio Doc

I don't have to get up as often as I did before to stretch my legs because my right leg has fallen asleep and it tingles and my thigh hurts like heck. The coolness makes it feel comfortable and I will never use another pillow again.
